105 Brendell Court, Seven Lakes in West End, NC

105 Brendell Court – Great 7 Lakes Home!

Today is July 17th, 2017.  I have been looking forward to this date for the last 3 or 4 months.   One of my favorite authors, Daniel Silva, releases a new book in July each year. A few months ago, he announced that his newest book would be released on July 17th.  I pre-ordered it, and received it today!

Before I will allow myself to start reading, I want to tell you about this really wonderful house!   105 Brendell Court is located in the Seven Lakes West neighborhood of West End, NC.  I toured this really cool house with Lisa Whitescarver, the agent in our office  who listed the house.

The seller of the house wrote a great letter to the future owner telling why they loved the house.  They said that it was OK for me to share it with you, so you will find it below.

FROM THE CURRENT OWNER TO THE FUTURE OWNER… “I wanted to personally point outa few things that our family enjoyed about it when it was our home!    First and foremost, the privacy and security.  We loved that our children could take a walk with us or play out in the cul-de-sac in a gated community that is so safe and secure and we love how private the lot is. We spent many evenings sitting in the deck swing and drinking our coffee and just enjoying our family and friends on our spacious back deck.

We used the space downstairs for our family den.  We watched movies and played music and just enjoyed the extra space!

We used the upstairs loft for our teenage son’s bedroom.  He loved having enough space for a gaming room and a bedroom and his own bathroom!  (Also we should mention that is very easy to lift furniture to the loft by taking one of the rails down and sliding it up ladders rather than trying to carry up any staircase!)

I enjoyed the open space of the kitchen and living room to entertain guests and be together as a family on the main floor?

Be sure and check out the concrete basement accessed by a half-door out in the back. My husband used it as his workshop.  (that was his favorite place), and we kept our yard tools there out of sight from the carport.   Our long-term plan was to make an access to the workshop from the downstairs den, just never got around to it!

You can imagine all the possibilities…

    Best Wishes!”

Now I will give you some details about the house.  It was built in 1996. It has between 3000 to 3499 Sq. Ft.  There are 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.  The floor plan is open and bright.  This home is priced at $299,000 and is move-in ready!

Located the Seven Lakes West community means that you will have access to a 1000 Acre lake!  It is a good life!  We would love to show this home to you.  Just call The Pinnock Real Estate Office at 910-692-6767 and we will be happy to make an appointment.   Also, you can get more details on our website, www.SearchMooreCountyHomes.com.

I may think of other things to say about this home and Seven Lakes West, but now, I really want to open my book and get started on the new adventure of Gabriel Allon.  “The book promises to be a modern masterpiece of espionage, love and betrayal.  The other woman was a best kept secret in a an isolate village in the mountains of Andalusia”  Stay tuned for more details as the mystery unfolds!
